Quality control

Precision manufacturing and dimensional correction of tools require quality control of manufacturing accuracy, for this purpose we use a newly acquired coordinate measuring machine from Hexagon, specifically the GLOBAL S Green series. Here we can measure a part with maximum dimensions in the X, Y and Z axes of 700 x 1000 x 660mm. The advantage is the HP-S-X1S scanning probe, which allows us to scan the shape surface with high precision. The scanning probe is fitted to a five-stage rotating head.
