Production of precision steel or aluminium parts by CNC milling/drilling with workpiece size up to 1000 x 3000 x 600 mm in a modern German and Swiss high-precision 3, 4 and 5-axis milling machines.

We offer

• Entire production engineering
• Milling of metallic and non-metallic materials, mainly tool steels, in heat-treated and hardened condition
• Production of precision parts with complex shaped surfaces using of CAM software, SolidCAM and HSMWorks
• Proof of production accuracy with a measurement protocol

In 2022, our machine fleet was expended of two five-axis CNC milling machines Mikron Mill E 700 U, followed by another five-axis machine Hedelius Tiltenta 7 Magnum, which allows us to produce larger tools and parts.
