At the customer's request, we can design and produce robot grippers/hands for taking articles out of the working area of the injection moulding machines and other handling

The grippers usually include:

  • Supporting structure made of aluminium plates and profiles, modular extruded profiles, etc.
  • Vacuum pads, parallel and angular grippers, sensors for checking the presence of the articles and other pneumatic components from reputable suppliers (SMC, Gimatic, Festo)
  • Flange for connection between robot and gripper e.g. Sepro, Kuka, Yaskawa
  • Pneumatic and electrical quick couplings according to the customer standards
